It feels so nice to hv sumone suddenly shows up at your workstation,bringing u your morning cup of coffee, without you asking for it,when that person learns that you are terribly soo busy that you dont even hv time to weewee..

I hate it when the job suddenly is brought on to my plate without aligning with me before hand, when I had one on one with my immediate manager.
I hate it when I learn about it in an email, on a monday morning.
I hate it when all this came after we had established my workplan for the year, which shows that my capacity is already full.
I hate it when other specific PA came on to me and expects me to clear her things, when it is not even in my R&R, and definitely not a priority to me.
I hate it when she feels that she beyond and above every other TAs, then wonder why ppl dont like her.
I hate it when the system doesnt work but me being blamed on it.
I hate it when a week’s time project, which had been approved to start only today and continue until friday, is expected to be solved and presented NOW!!!!

and that makes me wonder…how stoopid can a policeman be those days?
